One trend I am loving this spring is gingham. It is the perfect print for work, the weekend, and date night…and it’s everywhere. I love that you can find it on a cute flowy dress like this red gingham dress, or a midi skirt, or all the cute ruffle tops with bow ties you keep seeing.
As I sit here looking outside my window, all I see is snow. Now I totally get the Groundhog saw his shadow but I didn’t think that meant we would get a blizzard in March! Therefore I am in complete denial and decided to round up everything I am wearing in my current daydream.
One of my favorite looks for Spring is an easy maxi dress and mules. When I first saw this maxi dress during the Shopbop sale I fell in love. Not only is it super cute, but I could live in it is so comfortable. It is also super light so it would be perfect for summer at the beach as well. These mules are also going to be a Spring staple. I can already tell I will be teaching in them everyday along with throwing them on for a quick date night on the weekend. This basket bag will also be going with me everywhere ( I love a monogram and the quality) and you’ll see a lot more of this necklace since I am obsessed with this brand.
Loft is currently 40% their new arrivals and they are so, so good! Lucky for me one of their huge trends is embroidery & lace which are two of my standbys for my wardrobe. Below are just some of my favorites but I can not get over the details on this top and the print on this dress. The scallop detail of this bathing suit also looks so similar to Marysia Swim and this tote is so chic I would use it everywhere!
Shopbop just began another surprise sale and they are always my favorite because literally everything is considered on sale. This is the perfect time to buy those dresses, bathing suits, and accessories you have been eyeing for spring! But hurry because sizes go so fast during these sales! Since I was putting so many items into my own shopping bag I thought I would share everything that has caught my eye! In no particular order, here are my picks:
