I can’t tell you enough how much I love an embroidered dress and this little white dress is no exception. I’m such a sucker for pretty details (the sleeves sold me) and this dress had it all. It was the perfect lightweight dress for venturing around NYC and I can’t wait to pair to pair it with over-the-knee boots and booties this fall!
It’s back to school time for this teacher. I really can’t believe it. Seriously, where did the summer go? As with every August, there is a tug of war in my heart between wanting summer to never end and the excitement of getting cute outfits to teach in for back to school. Finding cute teaching outfits that are affordable, appropriate, and stylish can be tricky at times. However, over the years I have come down with a favorite combination of looks that I wear throughout the school year. Gingham in my book should never go out of style. It’s the easiest print that can be worn year round but I am loving it this summer. This week I’ve been off enjoying a relaxing week with family down at the Jersey shore in Ocean City, NJ and of course packed as many dresses as possible. Specifically, if a dress has pretty details, a high waist, and is under $20 it is going with me everywhere.
