Happy Saturday! I recently purchased from Banana Republic this pretty blue dress and fell in love. The navy color is perfect and I think the silhouette is stunning. The dress runs TTS ( you might even be able to size down) and I do think it would look adorable belted to accentuate the waist. It would be perfect for a work day and of course to a party, baby shower, or bridal shower.

Hi Cara! I bought a size Medium and it was perfect in the sleeves. It is also free shipping on Shopbop.com so you could always get 2 sizes as well if you are between and return the other at no cost. 🙂
